Job Title: IT Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities:

- Install & maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.
- Provide hardware, software, email, and network support.
- Monitor LAN, Wi‑Fi, internet, and network devices.
- Update OS, antivirus, and business applications.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, backups, and system security.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC, and IT purchases.
- Maintain IT asset and software license records.
- Support ERP, MS Office, Outlook, and internal software.
- Resolve IT issues quickly and reduce system downtime.
- Assist employees with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Canva AI).
- Support AI-based office automation and reporting solutions.
- Stay updated on AI, cybersecurity, and IT support best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer / BCA / MCA
- 2-5 years experience in IT support
- Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and Windows systems
- Basic understanding of ERP systems will be an advantage

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
