Position: Order Processing Executive

About the Role

Voyage Eyewear is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Order Processing Executive to manage day-to-day order operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and experience handling order management, data coordination, and inventory-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage daily customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain and update order records, invoices, dispatch details, and inventory reports
- Track pending orders and ensure timely dispatches
- Prepare MIS reports and sales/order analysis using Advanced Excel
- Handle data cleaning, reconciliation, and reporting tasks
- Ensure accuracy in product codes, pricing, and stock availability
- Communicate with internal teams regarding order status and operational updates




- Monitor return/replacement orders and maintain proper documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in order processing, operations, or backend coordination
- Solid proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, XLOOKUP, data validation, basic dashboards, etc.)
- Good understanding of order management and inventory processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle large datasets and maintain accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in e-commerce, retail, fashion, or eyewear industry preferred
- Familiarity with ERP/order management software (Shopify) is an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
