We are hiring Project Manager at Edge Neoteric Builders

- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
- Oversee designing structural models by using computer-aided design software.
- Planning & Execution of the different activities of the project within the bound time limits.
- Execution of project according to the drawings, specification and also to assure the quality of the work.
- Monitoring and controlling of all the project activities according to the Plan.
- Regular tracking of Inventory.
- Resource forecasting such as material, machinery, manpower, Financial etc.
- Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work.
- Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
- Conducting a project evaluation review to assess the project management.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections,



city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met
- Compile and plan budgets, cost estimates, and other financial estimates.
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports and present to management.
- Timely coordination with sales team.
- Generate and present regular project's performance reports to management.
