We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Life Skills Trainer to equip students with essential personal and professional skills required to succeed in today’s competitive world. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging sessions on communication, personality development, emotional intelligence, and workplace readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct interactive training sessions on life skills, soft skills, and personality development.
- Deliver modules on communication skills, public speaking, teamwork, leadership, and time management.
- Train students on interview preparation, resume building, and corporate etiquette.
- Facilitate activities, role plays, and group discussions to enhance learning experience.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Customize training content based on student needs and industry requirements.
- Collaborate with placement and academic teams for student development initiatives.




- Maintain training records, reports, and attendance.
- Stay updated with current industry trends and incorporate them into training programs.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
- Confidence in public speaking and audience engagement.
- Good understanding of corporate behavior and workplace expectations.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Creative approach to training and content delivery.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Psychology, HR, or Education preferred).
- Certification in Soft Skills / Life Skills Training is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
