Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic BU Head - Server Storage to lead our Server Storage business unit in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware sales within the system integration industry and possess the leadership skills required to drive business growth, manage a high-performing team, and build strategic client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Server Storage Business Unit, driving revenue growth and profitability.

- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting enterprise clients, system integrators, and channel partners.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence for server and storage solutions.

- Manage the sales team, set targets, provide coaching, and monitor performance.

- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.





- Prepare and present regular business reports and forecasts to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in hardware sales, with a focus on server and storage solutions.

- Prior experience in a leadership role, managing sales teams and business units.

- Robust understanding of system integration and enterprise IT infrastructure.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging sales targets.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Working Conditions:

- Location: Gurugram office

- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with the 1st Saturday of the month as a working day.

- Full-time position with potential for travel as per business needs.
