Key Responsibilities

- Generate high-quality leads for IT services through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Identify and qualify potential clients across domestic and international markets.
- Research target companies, key decision-makers, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development team.
- Execute outbound lead generation campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, and client interactions.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation metrics and prepare reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends,



competitors, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in IT Lead Generation and B2B Sales.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
- Excellent knowledge of email outreach and prospecting techniques.
- Robust research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to qualify leads based on business requirements.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
