Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while overseeing the implementation process from inception to deployment. The role also includes troubleshooting challenges that arise during development and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that align with organizational goals.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and skilled growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the ServiceNow platform.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail in software configuration and deployment.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
