Position: Tamil Voice Process Executive
Experience: 1 Year Overall Experience (Minimum 3 months in Voice Process)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil.
- Interact with customers professionally and resolve their queries.
- Explain products and services to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and quality standards during calls.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year overall work experience,



including at least 3 months of experience in a Voice Process.
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication and computer knowledge are preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
