Responsibilities

- Prepare authentic Neapolitan pizza dough from scratch.
- Stretch dough by hand and maintain traditional techniques.
- Operate and manage a wood-fired pizza oven.
- Prepare fresh toppings and ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Monitor dough fermentation and ingredient quality.
- Work efficiently during busy service hours.
- Assist in kitchen preparation and inventory management.

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of experience making Neapolitan-style pizzas.
- Experience using a wood-fired pizza oven is required.
- Knowledge of dough fermentation, hydration, and pizza baking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
