We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting clients, generating business opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, MBA, or any graduate)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales or Business Development
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned customers and prospective clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Present products and services to customers and address their requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct market visits and identify potential leads.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely closure of sales.
- Maintain accurate records of daily field activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Skills Required
- Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
- Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications
