Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Process Engineer with 10–12 years of experience in process manufacturing industries to improve plant efficiency, optimize production processes, reduce process losses, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
- Analyze process performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant operations.
- Identify process bottlenecks, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive process optimization projects to reduce waste, improve yield, and enhance overall equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations,



environmental requirements, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to achieve operational and business objectives.
- Support process validation, preparation and revision of SOPs, and implementation of best manufacturing practices.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend sustainable solutions for recurring process issues.
- Monitor key process parameters and recommend improvements to ensure consistent product quality and operational reliability.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
