About the role:

Glaze Interiors is looking for a telesales to manage our incoming and outbound design leads. You will be

the first point of contact for prospective clients — understanding their requirements, qualifying the lead,

and securing an in-person or virtual meeting with our designer. You will continue to stay engaged with the

client through follow-ups until the lead is successfully handed over to the designer

Key Responsibility Areas:

Call assigned leads promptly and professionally, representing Glaze Interiors' brand.

- Understand the client's project requirements — space, budget range, timeline, and scope.
- Qualify the lead and schedule a meeting between the client and the designer.
- Take regular follow-ups with leads who haven't confirmed a meeting yet.
- Stay engaged with the client through the pre-meeting stage, answering basic queries and keeping them

warm.

- Hand over fully qualified,



meeting-ready leads to the designer with complete context.
- Maintain accurate records of call outcomes, follow-up status, and lead stage in the tracker

Requirements:

- Minimum Graduation
- 0-2 years of Experience in customer handling and sales.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Target oriented and a team player.
- Fast learner
- Good client handling skills.

Probation & Compensation Period Details

Probation 3 months total, structured as below.

Month 1 — Training Rs. *10,000 – Rs. 12,000* per month, depending on performance

during training.

Month 2 – 3 (post-training) If performance is satisfactory: Rs. 15,000 – Rs. 18,000 per month

Additional - 0.05% incentive per booking.
