Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team. In this hybrid role, you will conceptualize, design, and animate high-quality motion graphics while editing engaging video content for marketing campaigns, social media, explainer videos, brand stories, product launches, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a versatile storyteller with strong technical skills in both animation and post-production, capable of delivering polished, on-brand visuals that captivate audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Motion Graphics & Animation
- Design and animate motion graphics, title sequences, kinetic typography, infographics, and 2D/3D animations.
- Create seamless transitions, lower thirds, and visual effects that enhance storytelling.
- Develop style frames, storyboards, and animatics for client and internal projects.
- Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit raw footage into compelling final videos, including cutting, pacing, color grading, audio mixing, and sound design.
- Perform advanced color correction, retouching, and visual effects integration.
- Optimize videos for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, websites, etc.) with proper aspect ratios and compression.
- Project Collaboration
- Work closely with creative directors, copywriters, marketing teams, and clients to understand project goals and brand guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on video concepts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Asset Management & Delivery
- Organize project files and maintain version control.




- Export and deliver assets in required formats and resolutions.
- Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and emerging animation/video techniques.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience
- Fresher or 1-2 years of qualified experience in motion graphics design and video editing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both motion design and edited video work (must include links or password-protected samples).
- Technical Skills
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or Redshift is a plus.
- Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or Avid is advantageous.
- Knowledge of video codecs, compression, and delivery standards for digital and broadcast.
- Soft Skills
- Excellent eye for design, composition, timing, and storytelling.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback quickly.
- Self-motivated with excellent time-management abilities.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Film, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
