Job Description

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, including Windows 10/11
- Troubleshoot productivity suites, Microsoft 365, antivirus agents, and applications
- Provide hands-on and remote support for desktop/laptop hardware, printers, and software application issues
- Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and port connectivity issues at the desk level; patch network switches
- Manage basic user access requests, password resets, and account unlock procedures within Active Directory (AD)
- Manage physical IT inventory, log system allocations, including serial numbers, hardware specifications, and system allocations
- Ensure all end-user devices remain compliant with security policies, including active antivirus software

- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of desktop hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize support requests effectively
- Attention to detail with a focus on documentation and compliance




- Proactive approach to learning and issue resolution
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Qualifications and Experience

- - Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, Technical Support, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, operating system support, software installation, and basic network administration
- Practical exposure to Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and end-user device support
- Relevant certifications such as MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) or CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) will be an added advantage
- Experience working in a corporate IT support environment will be preferred
