Tele Sales Executive

Shri Ji Irrigation is looking for motivated and result-driven Tele Sales Executives to support our agri-business operations. The role involves selling and promoting modern farming solutions such as poly house, net house, greenhouse, and irrigation systems through tele-calling.

This is a fully target-based, office-based position suited for candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn agri products.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain agri products and services clearly and confidently
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer data using CRM software
- Update daily sales activities and call records accurately
- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Knowledge of CRM is mandatory
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills
- Polite, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Teamwork and time-management skills

Eligibility

- Freshers can apply if they have robust communication and target-achieving skills
- Prior experience in tele sales or agri-related sales is an advantage
- Languages: Hindi required; basic English preferred
