We are seeking a responsible and technically skilled Lab Assistant to support the daily operations of computer laboratories. The role involves maintaining lab equipment, assisting students and faculty during practical sessions, and ensuring smooth functioning of all systems and related infrastructure.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Diploma in CSE/ECE/IT Or Graduate in BCA/ MCA

· Any Bachelor's Degree with Computer Hardware & Networking Knowledge

· 0 - 2 Year Experience in the relevant field (Fresher can also apply)

Note : Training can be given to the fresher if recruited.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

· Install and update required Operating Systems(Windows/Linux) and application software for academic use

· Maintain and monitor computer lab systems and peripherals

· Identify and troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues

· Coordinate with System Engineer/IT team for major issues

· Replace minor components (mouse, keyboard, cables, etc.)

· Ensure antivirus and system updates are regularly applied

· Ensure all computers are in working condition before lab sessions

· Check LAN connectivity in lab systems

· Report network/WiFi issues to IT team

· Assist in maintaining proper network usage in the lab





· Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of lab Equipments

· Assist students during practical sessions and lab exams

· Support faculty in conducting lab classes and demonstrations

· Help users with login issues, software usage, and basic troubleshooting

Inventory & Documentation:

- Maintain records of lab assets (systems, accessories, etc.)
- Track software licenses and installations
- Maintain logbooks for lab usage and issues

Lab Discipline & Safety:

- Ensure proper usage of lab resources by students
- Prevent unauthorized software installation or misuse
- Follow safety guidelines and power management practices

Soft Skills :

- Valuable communication skills (to support students & faculty)
- Patience and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously
- Team collaboration and coordination skills

Additional Requirements :

- Availability during exams and critical academic activities
- Willingness to work beyond regular hours, Sundays/Holidays if require

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
