We are seeking a dedicated and competent Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide round-the-clock medical care to patients, respond to medical emergencies, and support consultants in delivering quality healthcare. The candidate must be proficient in intubation and emergency life-saving procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide immediate medical assessment and treatment to patients.
- Attend emergency cases and stabilize critically ill patients.
- Perform endotracheal intubation and airway management during emergencies.
- Assist consultants in patient diagnosis, treatment, and clinical procedures.
- Monitor ICU, ward, and emergency patients and maintain accurate medical records.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, code blue calls, and trauma cases.
- Prescribe medications and investigations as per hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain complete and accurate patient documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety standards.
- Participate in clinical audits, CMEs, and continuous medical education programs.

Required Skills





- Mandatory proficiency in Endotracheal Intubation and emergency airway management.
- Knowledge of Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Robust clinical decision-making and emergency management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

- MBBS from a recognized medical college.
- Valid State Medical Council/NMC Registration.
- BLS and ACLS certification preferred.

Experience

- 2–3 years of experience as an RMO in a hospital.
- Freshers with strong emergency medicine exposure and intubation skills may also apply.

Preferred Competencies

- Experience in Emergency Medicine, ICU, or Critical Care.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick clinical decisions.
- Professional, ethical, and patient-centric approach.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must be able to perform endotracheal intubation independently and manage emergency airway situations confidently.

Pay: ₹250.00 - ₹325.00 per hour
