- 35-50 years

Key Responsibilities1. Billing & Payment Handling

- Generate accurate invoices using POS / billing software
- Handle all types of payments (Cash, Card, UPI, Finance, etc.)
- Ensure correct entry of gold weight, making charges, and GST
- Process refunds, exchanges, and advance payments as per policy

2. Cash Management

- Maintain daily cash register and sales records
- Perform cash reconciliation at the end of the day
- Prepare daily cash reports and submit to accounts/management

3. Customer Handling

- Greet customers politely and assist during billing
- Resolve billing-related queries professionally
- Ensure a smooth and premium checkout experience

4. Coordination

- Coordinate with sales team for product verification before billing
- Work with accounts team for entries and reporting
- Support showroom operations during rush hours

5. Compliance & Security

- Follow GST billing rules and company policies
- Ensure safe handling of cash and high-value jewellery items
- Maintain confidentiality and audit compliance

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
