Recruitment Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, consultancies, and direct hiring
- Post job vacancies on various recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per company requirements
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection status, and joining
- Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters
- Maintain recruitment database and hiring records
- Ensure timely closure of open positions

HR Operations Responsibilities:

- Handle employee joining and onboarding formalities
- Maintain employee files, attendance, leave, and HR records
- Prepare HR-related documents such as warning letters, confirmation letters, ID cards, etc.




- Coordinate employee documentation and compliance requirements
- Support payroll data collection and salary-related coordination
- Maintain employee database and update records regularly
- Handle employee grievances and provide basic HR support
- Ensure implementation of company policies and discipline at workplace
- Manage exit formalities, resignation process, and full & final coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports for management
- Support overall HR administration and operational activities of the organization

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:

- HR Recruitment and Sourcing: 1 year (Preferred)
