Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces that deliver a consistent experience across Android and iOS devices.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services to enable real-time logistics and warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams to implement new features.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and scalability for enterprise users.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues while ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Implement secure authentication, offline data synchronization, push notifications, and device-specific functionalities.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code while following coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, participate in Agile development activities, and contribute to continuous product improvements.
- Test applications across multiple devices and operating systems before deployment.
- Maintain proper documentation for application features, APIs, and development workflows.

Qualifications

Required skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in React Native application development, preferably for enterprise or logistics-based applications.
- Certifications (Preferred): React Native Certification, JavaScript Certification, Mobile App Development Certification,



or cloud platform certifications such as AWS or Azure.t experience in inventory management, preferably in a logistics or 3PL workplace.
- Certifications (Preferred): Inventory Management, Lean Six Sigma, or related logistics certifications.

Skills

- Strong proficiency in React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
- Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations
Familiarity with Android and iOS development environments
- Knowledge of Git, version control, and CI/CD workflows
- Experience with mobile application debugging, testing, and performance optimization
- Understanding of offline storage, push notifications, and native device features
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile development environment

Additional information

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

This is a full-time, on-site role based at AWL India's Delhi office within the IT department. The selected candidate will work on technology solutions that enhance logistics, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain visibility through intuitive mobile applications. Training on AWL India's technology stack and business processes will be provided, with opportunities to grow into senior mobile development or technical leadership roles.
