Role Overview

We are seeking a Production Operator to support manufacturing operations in the production of nutraceutical products. The role involves operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring product quality, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

This is an excellent prospect for a technically skilled, detail-oriented professional to contribute to the efficient and high-quality manufacturing of evidence-based health products.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used for tablets, capsules, powders, gummies, syrups, and other dosage forms.

Set up machines for batch production, ensuring correct parameters and materials are used.

Handle raw material charging, mixing, granulation, compression, coating, filling, or packing as per process requirements.

Conduct in-process checks to ensure product quality and consistency.

Record batch data and maintain accurate production logs as per SOPs.





Maintenance & Safety

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and machinery before and after each batch.

Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Identify and report equipment malfunctions or deviations to the supervisor promptly.

Assist in minor maintenance and troubleshooting during production runs.

Compliance & Documentation

Adhere to GMP, GLP, and company SOPs throughout all production activities.

Support quality assurance during line clearance and inspection. Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR) and ensure timely documentation of activities.

Participate in audits, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills: Plus Two/ ITI / Diploma

Experience : 1–4 years of experience in nutraceutical, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing

Technical Expertise : Hands-on experience with production equipment (e.g., tablet press,capsule filling, blender, coating machine, packing line, etc.)

Regulatory Knowledge : Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and related quality standards

Skills : Good observation skills, discipline, ability to follow SOPs, teamwork, and attention to detail

Software Skills : Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation systems is an advantage
