Key Responsibilities Maintenance Operations

- Perform routine maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Ensure all guest rooms, villas, and public areas are well maintained
- Attend and resolve maintenance complaints promptly

Preventive Maintenance

- Execute preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify faults and avoid breakdowns
- Maintain records of maintenance activities

Technical Support

- Troubleshoot issues related to power supply, water systems, air conditioning, etc.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs

Repairs & Upkeep

- Carry out minor repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing)
- Ensure proper functioning of generators, pumps, kitchen equipment, etc.

Compliance & Safety

- Ensure safety standards and protocols are followed
- Maintain fire safety equipment and emergency systems
- Adhere to statutory compliance requirements

Inventory & Cost Control

- Monitor spare parts and maintenance inventory




- Ensure optimal utilization of materials and reduce wastage

Skills & Competencies

- Solid technical knowledge (Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing)
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Time management and multitasking
- Basic computer knowledge (for reporting)

Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI in Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC or related field

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in hotels/resorts or facility management

Additional Requirements

- Willingness to work in shifts
- Ability to handle emergency situations
- Team player with good communication skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
