About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Fresher) who is eager to build a career in IT Sales and Digital Marketing services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, and supporting the sales team in closing deals for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and online platforms (Upwork, etc.)
- Understand basic client requirements for Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media) and Web Development services
- Assist in conducting discovery calls and client communication
- Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and pricing documents
- Maintain and update CRM with lead and client information




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects
- Learn and contribute to the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

Required Skills & Experience

- Solid interest in Sales, Digital Marketing, or IT Services
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Web Development concepts (training can be provided)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online tools

Education

- Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Marketing is a plus, not mandatory)
- Any graduate with interest in Sales / Marketing / IT
