MKat Auto LLP is a fast-growing company in the automotive diagnostics industry and an authorized distributor of LAUNCH Tech in India. We specialize in selling advanced car diagnostic equipment through a strong dealer and distributor network across the country.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Compliance Executive who can manage accounting, GST compliance, and financial coordination between our ERP system and accounting software. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting for trading/import businesses and a strong understanding of GST and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

* Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally

* Record purchase, sales, expenses, and journal entries

* Perform regular bank reconciliation

2. ERP Coordination (Odoo)

* Verify sales invoices and stock data from Odoo

* Ensure proper synchronization between Odoo and Tally

* Identify and resolve mismatches in sales and stock

3. GST & Compliance

* Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

* Reconcile input tax credit (GSTR-2B)

* Handle e-invoicing and e-way bill requirements

4. Accounts Receivable (Debtors Management)

* Track outstanding payments from distributors

* Prepare aging reports





* Coordinate with sales team for collections

5. Accounts Payable

* Manage vendor payments and due schedules

* Handle foreign supplier payments and documentation

6. Import Accounting

* Record import transactions (Bill of Entry, duty, freight, etc.)

* Calculate landed cost of imported products

7. MIS & Reporting

* Prepare weekly and monthly reports:

* Outstanding report

* Expense analysis

* Profit summary

* Assist management in financial decision-making

Candidate Requirements:

* Experience: 3–6 years in accounting (preferably trading/import business)

* Strong knowledge of GST and accounting principles

* Hands-on experience in Tally (mandatory)

* Experience with ERP systems like Odoo (preferred)

* Valuable understanding of reconciliation and financial reporting

* High attention to detail and accuracy

Salary:

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
