Key Skills required:

- Experience: Advisory Consulting background in Financial Services, preferably in the Banking domain.
- Past Experience: Preferred Big4 or any boutique consulting experience or in a strategy role at a Fintech organization.
- Experience in the following is a must:




- Strategy Consulting
- Business Consulting
- Financial Services, Banking, NBFC consulting
- Strategy team of a bank or NBFC
- Big4 or any boutique consulting
- MBA from Tier 1 or 2 B-school (must)
- Business strategy
- Operating model transformation
- Lending
- Business analysis
- Customer experience
- AI/Digital led transformation
- Business value unlocking.
- Good experience in lending and CRM.

- 5-9 years of experience with ability to lead workstreams across business / digital consulting, business analysis, financial statements, problem solving, PPT, Excel.

Level of Experience Required

- 5-9 years’ experience in strategy consulting.

Location and way of working

- Location- Mumbai
- Working from the office at least 3 days a week is mandatory, with a hybrid model tailored to each domain’s specific needs
- Education : MBA from Tier 1 or 2 B-school (must), B.Tech / B.E. (preferred), any other bachelors is okay
