Position Overview

Provide L1/L2 application support, troubleshoot Oracle PL/SQL applications, resolve production

issues, and coordinate with development and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide application support; troubleshoot production issues; write and optimize Oracle

SQL/PLSQL; develop procedures, packages, functions, triggers; perform RCA; support

deployments; monitor applications and databases; prepare documentation.

Required Skills

Oracle Database, Oracle PL/SQL,



Complex SQL, Procedures, Packages, Functions, Triggers,

Cursors, SQL Performance Tuning, Linux/Unix basics, JSON Functions (preferred),

troubleshooting, ticketing tools.

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc. (IT/CS) or equivalent with 1–3 years of Application Support or Oracle

PL/SQL experience.
