- Knowledge of developing applications based on Object Oriented Methodologies.

- Experience in technologies like Core Java, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Hibernate, Spring, Struts, Webservices.

- Must have strong Object-oriented design and programming skills.

- Should possess solid analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and should be a quick learner.
