We are looking for a responsible and organized Junior Admin Executive to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the factory. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with different departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Handle inward and outward documents, courier, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain office files, registers, and administrative records.
- Coordinate with HR, Production, Stores, and Accounts departments.
- Monitor housekeeping, pantry, and office maintenance.
- Arrange stationery, office supplies, and purchase requests.
- Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain visitor records and security registers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
- Support travel arrangements and accommodation bookings when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and factory regulations.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Admin Manager.

Qualification
