Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across leading online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in product listing, inventory management, order processing, advertising campaigns, and marketplace optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and other marketplaces.
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings with titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to avoid stock-outs.
- Manage pricing, discounts, offers, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and optimize advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit Promotions, etc.).
- Analyze advertising performance and improve ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Process and track orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.




- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
- Improve product visibility through SEO and marketplace best practices.
- Handle account health, performance metrics, and policy compliance.
- Coordinate with account managers from marketplaces for business growth opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
- Experience in FMCG, Grocery, Dry Fruits, Food, or Consumer Goods will be preferred.
