Brand Ambassador (Part-Time) – The Drip Secrets

Represent a Premium Lifestyle Brand [focusing on attars]

The Drip Secrets is a Kolkata-based premium attar and lifestyle brand creating handcrafted alcohol-free fragrances for the up-to-date Indian consumer.

We're looking for confident, energetic people who enjoy talking to others and want real customer-facing experience. This is not a desk job—it's an opportunity to become the face of a growing local brand.

This is an outdoor field role.

You will be standing in a busy public location with our branded display tray, introducing our fragrances to customers and helping them choose the right scent.

Please apply only if you are comfortable:

- Standing for approximately 3 hours
- Talking to strangers confidently
- Working outdoors
- Selling products face-to-face

If you are looking for an office or work-from-home job, this role is not suitable.

Your Responsibilities

- Represent The Drip Secrets professionally in your assigned location.
- Introduce customers to our handcrafted alcohol-free attars.
- Recommend fragrances based on customer preferences.
- Demonstrate product testers and explain fragrance notes.
- Build trust and create a memorable customer experience.
- Maintain daily stock and display tray.
- Submit a simple end-of-day sales report.




- Help grow brand awareness through positive customer interactions.

Working Hours

- Part-time evening shift
- 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (3 hours)
- Any 5 days between Monday and Sunday
- Weekend availability is an advantage

Compensation: Fixed Monthly Stipend

₹6,000 per month

Performance Bonus

The better you sell, the more you earn.

Daily Sales Bonus:

₹3,000+₹150

₹4,000+₹300₹

5,000+₹450

There is no limit to how much you can earn through performance incentives.

No prior street sales experience?

That's okay.

Who We're Looking For

- College students
- Freshers
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience

You should:

- Enjoy interacting with people
- Speak Bengali, Hindi and English confidently
- Be punctual and reliable
- Have a positive attitude
- Be comfortable learning about fragrances
- Be willing to work outdoors

Minimum Qualification:
Class 12 Pass / Diploma / Higher
