We are looking for a Telecaller Executive with experience in travel services to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with visa inquiries, and providing travel-related solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding visa and travel services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about visa processing, travel packages, and other services.
- Guide customers through the visa application process and document requirements.
- Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth visa and travel booking process.
- Maintain a database of leads and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly sales or service targets as assigned.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and follow up professionally.
- Basic knowledge of visa documentation and travel bookings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Fluent in – English, Hindi, or any other
