We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented CRM Cum Operations Manager to oversee customer relationship management and end-to-end logistics operations at our CFA (Carrying & Forwarding) warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth warehouse and transportation operations, maintain high customer satisfaction, coordinate with internal departments, and achieve operational excellence while meeting agreed service levels (SLAs). The role combines customer relationship management with warehouse and logistics operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment and service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly.
- Monitor service levels (SLAs) and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Conduct regular customer review meetings and share performance reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Transport, and Finance teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain customer records, contracts, SOPs, and communication logs.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
