Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of accounting experience and be proficient in Tally, GST, bookkeeping, and reconciliation activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts using Tally.
- Record and post accounting entries and ledger transactions.
- Prepare and file GST-related records and ensure compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.




- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for account-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Tally ERP/TallyPrime.
- Good knowledge of GST and accounting principles.
- Experience in ledger posting and bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience in bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting.

Location: Navi Mumbai

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
