We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive – Ocean Export to manage export operations, freight pricing, and documentation. If you have a background in freight forwarding and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Ocean Export operations.
- Prepare freight quotations and pricing.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, CHA, customers, and overseas agents.
- Prepare and verify export documents (Shipping Bills, BL Instructions, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, etc.).
- Track shipments and provide timely customer updates.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and maintain accurate operational records.
- Resolve shipment and documentation-related issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Ocean Export Operations, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics.
- Good knowledge of export documentation and pricing.
- Strong communication and customer coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple shipments.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Logistics/Freight Forwarding background preferred.
