Job Summary
Primefab Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee manufacturing and fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, resource management, quality control, process improvement, and timely project execution while ensuring safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within committed timelines.
- Manage manpower, machinery, and material resources efficiently.
- Monitor fabrication and manufacturing processes to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Quality, and Project teams.
- Identify and implement productivity and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Analyze production performance and prepare reports for management.
- Minimize production downtime and optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in CIVIL Engineering or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication,
or heavy engineering industries.
- Proven experience in production planning and shop-floor management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of quality systems, production processes, and safety standards.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in structural steel fabrication and industrial equipment manufacturing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
