JOB DESCRIPTION FOR LINKEDIN PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXPERT

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven LinkedIn Performance Marketing Expert who can independently strategize, execute, and scale high-performing LinkedIn ad campaigns for B2B and B2C/D2C clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns (Lead Generation, Traffic, Conversions, Brand Awareness).
- Build and optimize B2B lead generation funnels for clients across industries.
- Audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience setup.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to deliver high-performing ads.
- Monitor budgets, scale winning campaigns, and reduce cost inefficiencies. Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations for internal teams and clients.




- Stay updated with LinkedIn Ads platform updates and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience managing medium to high ad budgets on LinkedIn.
- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a performance-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Experience working in a marketing agency is a solid advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
