Job Description: Graphic Designer & Motion Graphic Video Editor

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Motion Graphic Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a solid eye for design, storytelling, and visual communication, with the ability to create compelling static and motion content across digital, print, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative graphics for social media, websites, ads, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce motion graphics and video content (reels, explainer videos, ads, promos)
- Edit and enhance video footage with transitions, effects, sound, and color correction
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate briefs into visual assets
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and videos
- Stay updated with design trends, video formats, and platform-specific best practices (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Optimize video/graphic content for different platforms and formats (aspect ratios, resolutions, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Robust understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Experience with 2D animation/motion graphics (knowledge of 3D tools like Cinema 4D/Blender is a plus)
- Basic understanding of sound design and audio syncing
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Robust portfolio/showreel demonstrating both design and motion work

Good to Have

- Experience with tools like Figma, Canva, or CapCut
- Knowledge of social media content trends (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style edits)
- Basic scripting/storyboarding skills
- Photography or basic camera handling knowledge
