Core Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end procurement for hotel operations
- Build and maintain robust vendor relationships
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing aligned with budgets
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies
- Support smooth operations by ensuring timely availability of materials

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate vendors for goods and services
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers
- Raise purchase orders and track deliveries
- Coordinate with internal departments for requirements




- Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Ensure quality of materials received as per standards
- Maintain purchase records, pricing, and vendor database
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and payments
- Track expenses and ensure adherence to budgets

Skills Required:

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and organizational skills
- Cost control and analytical thinking

Requirements:

- 2–8 years of experience in procurement/purchase (hospitality preferred)
