Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Academic Head to oversee and enhance the academic performance of our institution. The ideal candidate will provide strategic academic leadership, mentor faculty members, ensure quality education, and drive student success through effective academic management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise academic operations across departments.
- Guide, mentor, and evaluate faculty to ensure high teaching standards.
- Plan and implement academic schedules, curriculum, and educational strategies.
- Monitor student performance, attendance, and academic progress.
- Conduct faculty meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure the smooth execution of examinations and academic activities.
- Maintain academic records and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and quality standards.
- Foster a positive learning environment and continuous academic improvement.




- Work closely with management to achieve academic and organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Master's Degree (PG) preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in academic leadership or educational administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and academic documentation.
