Techno-Functional Consultant – Treasury Systems (4–8 Years Experience)

Job Summary : Techno-Functional Consultant with 4–8 years of experience in Treasury Management Systems (TMS) such as Kyriba, TIS (Treasury Intelligence Solutions), or other treasury platforms. The consultant will work closely with treasury teams, finance stakeholders, and IT teams to implement, configure, and support treasury solutions. The role requires a robust understanding of corporate treasury processes combined with system configuration and integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and document corporate treasury processes, including: Cash management ,Bank connectivity; Payments and collections, Liquidity forecasting, In-house banking ,Risk management (FX, interest rate)
- Conduct business requirement workshops with treasury and finance teams.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Support treasury transformation or TMS implementation projects.

System Configuration & Technical Responsibilities

- Configure modules within TMS platforms such as: Cash positioning, Payment workflows, Bank statement processing, Forecasting,



Bank account management
- Support bank connectivity setups (SWIFT, Host-to-Host, EBICS).
- Work on integrations between ERP and TMS (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud).
- Participate in data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live support.
- Assist with technical troubleshooting and system enhancements.

Stakeholder & Project Management

- Collaborate with treasury, finance, IT, and banking partners.
- Support project planning, documentation, and status reporting.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.

Required Qualifications

- 4–8 years of experience in treasury systems or finance technology.
- Hands-on experience with at least one TMS platform such as:

o Kyriba

o TIS (Treasury Intelligence Solutions)

o FIS Quantum

o ION Treasury

- Strong understanding of corporate treasury operations.
- Experience working with ERP integrations and banking connectivity.
- Knowledge of payment formats (ISO 20022, MT940, CAMT) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in TMS implementation or transformation projects.
- Knowledge of APIs, file integrations, or middleware tools.
- Familiarity with bank connectivity protocols (SWIFT, EBICS, SFTP).
- Experience in consulting environments or client-facing roles.
