We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring digital marketing and IT professionals, managing the complete recruitment process, employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.

HR Executive – Digital Marketing Agency

Location: Rajouri Garden, New Delhi
Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Mandatory)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Interview & Experience)
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Hire candidates for Digital Marketing and IT roles.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of HR experience in a Digital Marketing Agency (Mandatory).




- Experience hiring for SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Web Developer, Content Writer, and Sales roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and hiring processes.
