Typical Job Description – Test Ride CoordinatorMain Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule customer test rides
- Explain scooter features, performance, charging, and smart functions
- Ensure vehicles are clean, charged, and ready for rides
- Assist walk-in customers at the experience center
- Collect customer feedback after test rides
- Maintain records of bookings and customer data
- Support the sales team in converting leads into purchases




- Follow safety procedures during test rides
- Handle basic queries about pricing, finance, and accessories

Skills Required

- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of electric vehicles
- Customer handling ability
- Two-wheeler riding license
- Computer/mobile app usage skills

Qualification

- Usually any degree or diploma
- Freshers may be eligible
