Position: Production Manager

Experience : 9 to 15yrs

Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical, Electronics & Communication (ECE), Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation, Mechatronics,

Industry: Electrical and Electronic

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Execution

· Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.

· Ensure smooth production with minimal downtime.

· Coordinate with Materials, Stores, Purchase, Quality, and R&D; teams for continuous operations.

2. Operational Excellence

· Follow standard procedures (SOPs) and best practices.

· Achieve daily and monthly production targets on time.

· Use digital tools, automation, and data for better efficiency.

3. Crisis & Risk Management

· Identify production issues and bottlenecks early.

· Take quick action to prevent or resolve problems.

· Maintain proper levels of manpower, materials, and work-in-progress (WIP).

4. Quality & Continuous Improvement

· Follow 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing practices.

· Have knowledge of Quality Management Systems (preferably ISO 9001).

· Work with Quality team on audits and improvements.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Coordinate with Stores for materials and inventory.

· Work with Purchase team for timely procurement.





· Collaborate with R&D; for product improvements and trials.

· Partner with Quality team to maintain standards.

6. Leadership & Decision-Making

· Lead and motivate the production team.

· Build a culture of responsibility and discipline.

· Make quick and effective decisions to solve problems.
