Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Insurance Sales Executive to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in insurance sales and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and acquire new customers for insurance products.
- Explain policy features and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Assist customers with policy documentation and renewals.
- Stay updated on insurance products and industry trends.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in insurance sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
