Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end logistics and courier operations. The role involves handling daily operations, managing delivery teams, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

- Oversee daily courier and logistics operations (First Mile, Mid Mile, Last Mile)
- Ensure timely pickup, dispatch, and delivery of shipments
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve delays/issues

Team Management:

- Manage delivery executives, drivers, and hub staff
- Handle hiring, training, and performance management of field teams
- Ensure discipline and productivity of operations team

Client & Vendor Coordination:

- Coordinate with clients for order flow and service requirements
- Manage vendor relationships (fleet, manpower, third-party logistics)
- Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction

Process & Performance:

- Implement SOPs and improve operational processes
- Monitor KPIs like TAT, delivery success rate, cost efficiency
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Fleet & Hub Management:

- Manage fleet utilization (2W/3W/4W vehicles)




- Oversee hub operations, sorting, and dispatch planning
- Ensure proper route planning and cost control

Compliance & Safety:

- Ensure adherence to company policies and logistics regulations
- Maintain safety standards in operations and transportation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Any Graduate (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience in logistics, courier, or e-commerce operations
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good knowledge of last-mile delivery operations
- Experience in fleet management and route planning
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Working Hours:

Flexible / Shift-based (as per operations requirement)

Additional Requirements:

- Immediate joiners preferred
- Must be able to handle pressure and deadlines
- Willing to travel between hubs/locations

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹17,166.78 - ₹30,000.00 per month
