Role Overview

The Asst. Manager / Manager – Finance will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, including accounting, compliance, and reporting activities. The role requires a detail-oriented finance professional with solid analytical and managerial capabilities to ensure accurate financial control, statutory compliance, and efficient cash flow management. The incumbent will work closely with senior management to support strategic financial planning, policy implementation, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns in compliance with applicable laws.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, financial statements, budgets,



and cash flow forecasts for management review.
- Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors to ensure smooth audit completion and adherence to financial policies.
- Implement financial controls, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Manage vendor payments, fund flow, and working capital requirements efficiently.
- Support process automation and improvements within ERP systems for better financial transparency.

Qualifications & Skills

- CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts, and compliance.
- Robust proficiency in ERP environments, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
