We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our premium jewellery showroom in Jorhat. The candidate will be responsible for driving jewellery sales through excellent customer service and persuasive selling.
Job responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Present and demonstrate jewellery pieces with product knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue goals.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and provide suitable recommendations.
- Maintain showroom display standards and visual merchandising.
- Follow up with leads and walk-in customers for conversions.
- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Keep updated on product features, pricing, and market trends.
- Accurately record sales and customer data in the system.
Job requirements:
- 0 to 3 years of experience in retail/luxury goods sales (Jewellery showroom experience preferred)
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Assamese
- Presentable personality with robust persuasion and closing skills
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work on weekends and rotational shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
