The Extrusion Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring extrusion machinery to produce high-quality products that meet specifications. This role ensures smooth production flow, maintains equipment, and adheres to safety and quality standards.

- Set up and operate extrusion machines according to production requirements
- Monitor machine parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, etc.) and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure product quality by conducting regular inspections and measurements
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or process issues during production
- Maintain proper documentation of production data, output, and downtime
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of equipment
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment
- Coordinate with supervisors,



quality, and maintenance teams as needed
- Minimize material wastage and optimize machine efficiency

- ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification (preferred)
- 1–5 years of experience in extrusion operations (plastic/medical tubing preferred)
- Basic understanding of extrusion processes and machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings
- Robust attention to detail and quality control
- Basic troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work in shifts

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
