Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream) Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome) Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Caller Counsellor to promote our Teacher Training Program. The ideal candidate will counsel prospective candidates, handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into successful admissions. Key Responsibilities - Contact prospective candidates through calls and follow up on inquiries. - Counsel candidates regarding the Teacher Training Program, eligibility, course details, fees, and career opportunities. - Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counselling and regular follow-ups. - Maintain and update lead records in the database. - Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth enrollment. - Handle candidate queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.



- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets. - Maintain daily call reports and admission records. Required Skills - Excellent verbal communication skills. - Strong counselling and convincing abilities. - Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills. - Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Preferred - Experience in Tele Calling, Counselling, Admissions, Customer Service, or Inside Sales. - Experience in the education or training industry is an added advantage.
