Position: Banking Software Support Executive
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)
Travel: Occasional travel to client locations as required

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional support for Banking/NBFC software.
- Assist customers with software-related queries and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with clients and internal technical teams for timely issue resolution.
- Perform software implementation, user onboarding, and training.
- Monitor support tickets and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Prepare and maintain support documentation and status reports.
- Troubleshoot application issues and escalate complex cases when required.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and professional support.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and internet applications.




- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn banking and financial software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client support and implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Any Graduate (B.Com,M.com)
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Customer Support, or Software Support is an added advantage.
